A total of 22 workout programs include 3 heart rate controlled and 3 that can be created by the user, and the �easi-lift� fold-up system means it�s really easy to store away � not that you�d want to as the stylish design would be a perfect addition to any home!
Pulse can be monitored via the hand sensors or the built in wireless receiver and the integrated speakers mean you can connect your MP3 player.
