How do I place an order?
To place an order simply click on the chosen products(s), enter the quantity required and proceed to the checkout. Please complete all highlighted fields. You will then be taken to a secure site governed by protx, where the necessary card details will need to be entered. An email will then be sent to the address you give when processing the order to confirm the necessary details. Also an email will be received at our end and your order will then be processed.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be accepted by cheque, cash or credit and debit card. Please note that we do not have the facility to take payments over the telephone at present. Should you not wish to pay over the internet then a cheque can be made payable to equipped4sport and sent to the following address:

Does the price displayed on the site include VAT?
Yes. The prices shown on our website include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5% where appropriate. Children’s clothing and equipment does not include VAT.

How long will delivery take?
Once payment has been accepted, the order will be processed. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly and as efficiently as we can. This we hope will mean a turn around time of 3 to 5 days. If for whatever reason this will be delayed we will contact you to provide further information. Please note that limited amounts of stock are held on our premises. Most orders will be dispatched direct from the manufacturers.
Will my card details be secure?
Your security is important. equipped4sport uses a secure server – Streamline - to process your online credit or debit card payments. Any card data you give is encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer session. SSL is an Internet industry standard, and protects against disclosure to third parties. Customer credit card details are not stored online for your protection, which is why you have to re-enter card details at each transaction.
What about my privacy?
Any information you provide is used solely by equipped4sport in the processing of your order, and is not released to any other company. You will not be contacted by any other organisation as a result of placing an order with us!
What do if I want to return any of the goods ordered?
While we hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase inevitably returns, faulty goods or mistakes will happen. In the event of any of these we would appreciate in the first instance contact either by email to returns@equipped4sport.co.uk or by phone on 01326 315 821 or 07713 254 713, within 30 days of the purchase being made. We will naturally refund postage costs for returning goods where we have made the mistake or the goods have arrived and are faulty, but we will not refund postage costs for returns.
