How do I place an order?
To place an order simply click on the chosen products(s), enter the quantity required and proceed to the checkout. Please complete all highlighted fields. You will then be taken to a secure site governed by protx, where the necessary card details will need to be entered. An email will then be sent to the address you give when processing the order to confirm the necessary details. Also an email will be received at our end and your order will then be processed.
How can I pay for my order?
Payment can be made by cheque, cash, credit or debit card. You can pay online or over the phone. Should you not wish to pay by card then a cheque can be made payable to equipped4sport and sent to the following address:

Quotations?
All tenders or quotations (whether verbal or in writing) made by the company are valid for 30 calendar days only from the date given. The company reserves the right to withdraw any tender
Does the price displayed on the site include VAT?
Yes. The prices shown on our website include VAT at the standard rate of 15.00% where appropriate.

Delivery
Goods or Services supplied within the UK mainland will normally be delivered within 7 working days or sooner of receipt of order and cleared funds. Goods or Services supplied outside the UK mainland will normally be delivered within 14 working days or sooner of receipt of order and cleared funds. This does not apply to Special Order Goods and Services whereby delivery times will be advised to the Buyer by the Seller at the time of order.
All prices unless stated otherwise exclude delivery costs to mainland UK which excludes Highlands, Islands, Ireland and the rest of the world, where applicable.
Please note an extra charge will be made for delivery to Highlands, Islands, Ireland and the rest of the world. Unfortunately our website does not have the facility at present to recognise post codes, therefore we will contact you if this situation arises.
Order Cancellation
equipped4sport reserves the right to cancel orders either in full or part should we suspect or determine fraudulent behaviour or shipping costs would be prohibitive in relation to the value of the goods.
Will my card details be secure?
Your security is important. equipped4sport uses a secure server – Streamline - to process your online credit or debit card payments. Any card data you give is encrypted using a Secure Socket Layer session. SSL is an Internet industry standard, and protects against disclosure to third parties. Customer credit card details are not stored online for your protection, which is why you have to re-enter card details at each transaction.
What about my privacy?
Any information you provide is used solely by equipped4sport in the processing of your order, and is not released to any other company other than our suppliers if your order is sent to you direct. . You will not be contacted by any other organisation as a result of placing an order with us!
No Quibbles Return Policy
Equipped4Sport operate a No Quibbles return policy, as long as returns are made within 28 days of receipt. This policy covers all returns where the goods are received in the condition in which they were sent, regardless of reason for the return. All refunds and exchanges will then be dealt with free of charge providing they are for a product(s) of the same original order value.
To process a return, please return the goods in the condition in which they were received, along with your name, address, contact telephone number and your order number along with instruction as to how you would like your return dealt with.
Please note: We can take no responsibility, and cannot therefore accept returns or process replacements or refunds, for any goods lost or damaged. Track and Trace services are offered for all
Further, this policy does not apply to any personalized goods such as teamwear where printing or embroidery has been added. Equipped4Sport also reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on any item(s) due to hygiene reasons.
Returns/Faulty Goods
If there is a problem with an item sent or it is faulty, please contact us on 0845 302 2828 or email returns@equipped4sport.co.uk and we will discuss the return or replacement of the item.
International returns can be returned but only for a refund, we will not replace goods returned. We will not pay customs charges on returns.

Please report any shipping damage in writing or by email within 48hrs. On delivery please give the items a cursory inspection, and if found to be damaged please refuse the delivery and the item will return to us or our supplier for exchange. We may not be able to replace shipping damaged items if reported after the 48hr period.
If these conditions are not adhered to, it will not be possible to arange for replacement good\'s or a refund to be given.
Cancelling Your Order
You have the unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving your goods. A refund will be issued within 30 days. Please note that for some larger items a 20% re-stocking fee may apply, please contact us before ordering. Customers should take reasonable care of the goods whilst in posession of them and must return them in their original packaging and condition. The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods should they wish to cancel their order.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for any and all freight charges incurred by equipped4sport, and on large / heavy items a 20% re-stocking fee may apply. Any unpaid freight charges will be deducted from your refund.
If you refuse to accept delivery of your order for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return freight charges incurred by your refusal. If it is found that any of the larger products upon delivery will not fit through any doors/stairwells and the product is subsequently returned/refused, you will be liable for all outward & return carriage costs and a 20% restocking fee will apply. We would therefore recommend that you ensure the product will fit and can be transported to its ground floor point of installation easily. If you need to confirm the boxed dimensions of a product please call us on 0845 302 2828 prior to placing your order.
All refunds will only be made after receipt by us or our supplier of the original goods supplied by equipped4sport and checked for their quality.
Please also note that you will be charged the carriage at cost for any items sent on a FREE DELIVERY and are subsequently returned for a refund.
Complaints
Should you have any complaint regarding this site, the services offered, or given, please email sales@equipped4sport.co.uk and we will respond in detail the same day if possible, during which time we may need to contact you. You will be kept well informed at all times.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
